COOKING CLASSES

Spend a Saturday morning or weekday evening at the Blackmarket production facility in Irvine gaining cooking skills, learning practical techniques and making new friends.

With Chef Rachel at the helm, the Blackmarket Bakery offers innovative baking classes tailored to student interests. Class size is limited to 10 participants so everyone gets “hands on” experience in our commercial kitchen In Irvine.

Recipes, baking tips and generous samples are included!

Foundations of making Soufflés from scratch!  Each group will make a savory and a sweet soufflé.  Corn & Cheddar Soufflé, Classic Spinach Soufflé, Gingery Carrot Soufflé, Grand Marnier Soufflé, Individual Chocolate Soufflé, Salzburger Nockerl.

Basics of Yeasted Dough production, plus Ciabatta Rolls, Spiced Lavash, Garlic Naan, Rustic Rosemary Rolls, Soft Potato Rolls, Grissini, Brioche Slider Buns.
