Learn techniques and practical tips in our commercial kitchen, covering topics from Breads to Confections from Cookies to Croissants. Hang out with Chef Rachel and a small group of students as you bake items from scratch, starting with the basics of flour, butter, sugar, salt and all of the goodies! Classes fill up quickly, so be sure to sign up in advance.
